(The following word is a synopsis of a home group time of worship and of hearing the Lord speak.) There are perilous times ahead, Christians must not assume and take God's protection for granted, unless they are in the word, and know the truth - REALLY know the Truth of His Word. There is confusion coming, and even blood-shed, and we are to be pressing in to Him. Knowing the Truth of the Word will allow us to find our way through the confusion. We need to know how to REST in the Secret Place - as He is our Fortress (Psalm 91) and hide in the shadow of His wings. As we wait in His presence, in the Secret Place, in intimacy, we can receive from Him the power of the Spirit.  But we need to know the Word and be able to stand on the Truth.  (Spirit and Truth). The Lord is waiting on the hills (of Kelowna) with His armies, horses and banners - He is just waiting (itching) to release them.
