Raise your shield. It is time to raise your shield. It is time.
Many voices call out for war and yet you are called to raise your shield, making love through your knowledge of Him, not war. For as you praise and proclaim His glory which He has revealed to you, revealing that which has been deposited and seeded into your spirit by the Holiness of God the Father through His Holy Spirit, He will be your shield about you.
For those who know Him, in this time He will enfold you in the knowledge of His grace, His benevolence and His favour will be upon those who have sought Him.
For those who are crying out for war, do you not know, it is not the war cry which will see your victory? It is the cry of the intimate lover, the one who beholds His beauty, His name, His renown, who have sought the revealed nature of God, these are the ones who will see His victory.
Raise your shield. Proclaim His name. Declare His mighty attributes. Display His character. Reveal your shield of faith as He has revealed it to you.
The promise is there that as you behold and speak the wonders of the Lord, He will be a shield about you. You will not have to fear for you have feared His Name, He will surround you.
WHO IS YOUR GOD? Name Him. WHO IS YOUR GOD? Declare Him. WHO IS YOUR GOD? Worship Him. WHO IS YOUR GOD? Love Him. WHO IS YOUR GOD? HE is your battle cry. Cry the intimate cry of a lover.
Do not be like the false prophets of Baal who ranted and raved trying to arouse their gods to action. Declare, instead, in the confidence which has been revealed to you in the secret place, the attributes of your God. Be the lover of God, the one who knows, and who is known by, the all powerful One.
Raise your shield and He will win the war. Place Him before you as your instrument of praise and He will encamp around you. Place yourself in Him and He will be your fortress. Declare the praise of your God. You will not have to fight the battle, for you will praise Him and He will win the war.
It is time! Raise your shield.

- Be as David's mighty men and praise Him. Praise Him. Declare His name. Proclaim His mighty works. Celebrate Him. Display His glory. Praise Him.
